Cholesterol-And-Health.com Free Newsletter

Why subscribe to my free newsletter and e-zine?

  • Convenience

Rather than coming back to the site and trying to find every new addition, updates come to you.

Actually, the best way to get site updates is to subscribe to my RSS feed, which you can do by clicking on one of the options in the box below the menu on the left. That way, the updates not only come to you directly, but you get notified within minutes when I add something new to the site. The newsletter, however, has several features that you cannot get through the RSS feed.

  • Get the best of the 'Net

In the newsletter, I don't only send you new articles I put on the site, but I will link you to the best articles on the 'Net that discuss the value of wholesome animal products and other foods, debunk the junk science you can find at plenty of other sites, or provide news or important insights about the fight for health freedom.

  • Get the information you can't get anywhere else

Most doctors only read abstracts (summaries) of studies or reviews written by other authors, and even many researchers do the same. Health journalists get the news from them in press releases. By the time it reaches you, layers of people have handled the information who have no idea what was actually printed in the original research.

And the worst of it is, researchers not only often leave out critical information from an abstract, but sometimes even write conclusions in the abstract that directly contradict their results.

I will supply you with commentaries on the latest studies on cholesterol and your health.

I personally promise you that I will never publish a commentary in the "Research Watch" section of my newsletter unless I have actually read the study.

That way you can be in the know about what is really going on in health research.

These commentaries will not be available on the website or through the RSS feed. Only subscribers will receive this information.

And finally...

  • ... it's free!
